Titan implant - audible sound when pumping

I am scheduled to have my implant in a few weeks, and Eid mentioned that he will bd installing an older titan as they are the most durable (considering my age). He also mentioned that the implant will make a sound when inflating, does anybody have an implant that does that? How loud is it? how difficult is it to hide from hook ups? Would music be enough to muffle the sound?

I have the same pump. It sounds like a muted duck call. Mine only makes the noise for the first 10 pumps or so. Soft music or even a ceiling fan should be sufficient to drown it out.

I had a revision surgery in November 2020 with Dr. Eid and he implanted me with new model (titan touch) saying that it's very good and very durable because improvements made (I'm also young, 33 at the time of revision).
He told you the same about the old model?
Anyway also mine make a bit of "squack" sound, but only when inflating and only if it's positioned in a certain way. Not an issue at all.

This might not apply to hookups and one-night stands, but for a continuing relationship I will quote what was said about the wheezing sound a woman's husband's breathing made when he took Viagra. "Kind of like a mating call".

Eid recommended i go with the old one because the tubing in the new one was outsourced by coloplast and the quality isnt as good. The drawback is the sound, which is worth the increased durability

If the other person's head is by your dick, yeah, they can hear it, lol.
You, yourself, can 'feel' it. So when you squeeze, you 'hear' the 'buzz' (at least that is how this works with me).
IN answer to your question about hearing the pumping...refer to 1st statement.
As for pumping, it should be just as easy when he/she turns away, you turn away to go do something, etc. You will find your own way to pump discreetly.

The 'Duck Quacking' sound is usually within the first 8 - 12 pumps for me. My method is to pump up while im having a piss just before the deed. The noise of my piss falling and then when i flush the toilet gives me enough time to 'mask' the Duck.
