Pain Post-Implant

Hey guys,

I'm at just over 5 weeks post-surgery.

Great outcome cosmetically (also close to my length back and girth unchanged). Feel minimal pain while deflated.

On max inflation, definitely still painful. I can hold it for about 20-30 mins, but then the pain sets in (especially in the glans).

Does this eventually go away even at max inflation? I know everyone is different, but any ballpark estimates for when it might happen? So looking forward to using it haha

You are 5 weeks out, have you not used it yet? I’m just now 3 weeks out and I’ve not fully inflated yet nor have I started cycling yet hopefully next week. I do have a firm enough penis to try sex, lots of lube, it felt good just to put it in but could not fully use it but my glanis was a little sore after the trial insertion.

I've got a fleshlight toy which I tried out this weekend. Pumped to half inflation and was more than usable. Soreness was there, but very minor. Also orgasmed for the first time since surgery - sensations and orgasm was great.

As of now, I can't imagine using it at max inflation though as the pain would be too much

3.5 months post surgery and very little if any pain/soreness. Much better than a month ago.

Twelve weeks post surgery (Coloplast Titan) : penile, scrotal pain is very tolerable and getting better daily. Have learned to pump with thumb between my index finger. No pump getting loose during pumping. Finger and thumb nails need to be cut back regularly. Can go inflated for an hour or so. More sore after sex but getting better. Orgasm is still the best part. Post intercourse pain is only temporary and tolerable. Still taking hot baths and inflating 30 minutes to hour and trying to put in an extra pump after soaking. My moto today is a little pecker is better than no pecker. My length post surgery is about 6 inches, my girth is 4 1/4 inches. My wife is much happier now.

at 4 years, I am still tender if pumped 100%. I only pump to 80% which is as hard as any natural dick

just curious, how do you know when your fully inflated? Is there a big difference between 80% and 100%

"full inflation" is likely different for everyone.

I call mine the "Terry towel test." I'm fully erect/pumped and strong enough to hang a wet Terry Towel on my Johnson. Its better than any erection I remember having in my teens, thats for sure.

I'm two years out and no pain when pumping OR when fully erect or post orgasm. AMS700 here.

I didn't get the okay to inflate until eight weeks after surgery. I don't recall any pain when I fully inflated.

Fucking was a different story. It took until four-plus months after surgery for me to be pain free when I fucked my wife.
