Gents
Thanks for everyone who is here.
I've got a fairly typical story from what I've seen on this site. Dick never stayed as hard as it should since age 16, brushed off by GP's .Managed to cheat the system till my early 20's (not the first bloke to thumb in a softie), pills stopped working a few years ago, currently on trimix.
Mechanically, the injections work perfectly. I jamb a needle in my dick and I get hard. Turns out that my goal wasn't to get a hard dick, my goal was intamacy with my partner. Scheduling sex doesn't work for us.
Should I be grateful that I can still inject?
Should I go for the bionic option?
Advice, commentary, criticism and abuse is all welcome.
Cheers.

I'm 32 and have an implant and while I love it, if trimix had worked great with me I would've stuck with that. But to be sure the implant does have advantages.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I think a good book to read is "Come as you are" by Emily Nagoski, but if you dont want to
purchase the book, her talks and blogs around the internet will do. She discusses "responsive desire", and how women's sex drive works.
In regarding to Trimix, you should find it works for over an hour, so you shouldn't feel rushed on it, bit scheduling is important.
