Getting into normal clothes

Good morning,

It seems to be a busy Monday morning On Frank talk… Everyone with their weekend questions coming back I see… Anyway my question is to everyone who’s had implants recently or a while ago is how long did it feel before you could wear normal clothes like jeans. I’m just at 3 weeks and it doesn’t feel like I can wear anything other than underwear. Like many, I still work and I’m quite active and I don’t sit around in big comfortable soft shorts normally… So I’m just wondering how many people have pain from the pump scrotum while trying to get back in the pants like jeans and normal shorts and things like that… All replies are appreciated!

I think it might be varied for just about everyone.....based on so many variables (sac size; low hangers; etc).
Providing the swelling is reducing normally, 3 weeks is about the time you should begin feeling comfortable enough to wear normal clothing.
I stayed in nylon sweat pants for about a month before I finally transitioned and found it okay to wear jeans without any noticeable discomfort.
Hang in there.

It took me a couple of months to tolerate wearing jeans. I did find that boxer briefs gave me support without being too constrictive. At night I wore satin boxers for a couple months to allow things to shift easily. At 3 weeks you probably still have significant swelling going on and the 2 boys aren't used to their new roommate yet. Give it some time.

I’ve changed from Jean shorts to cargo pants with a longer inseam so it all hangs more freely. I’ve looked for underwear with front pouches. I found real men on Amazon are comfortable and supportive with plenty of room for my new found size.

Nope not at a point of wearing tight clothes anytime soon especially bcoz of my circumcision. But the shaft and scrotum feels tight too and uncomfortable. I am able to wear bit loose clothing( like normal pants). I went to a movie and sat there for 3 hours( but in total wore the pants for like 4 hours).. it was uncomfortable but nothing too bad( had boxer underwear as well)..

Finding comfortable clothes has been a big challenge for me. I have been wearing gym shorts most of the time but I know that I am going to need to wear jeans and normal clothes sooner vs later.

Clearly this is a problem for all of us newly implanted. I wonder if anyone that has an implant more than six months ago or so remember how long it took to get back into normal clothing without suffering!
Thanks!

I had my implant 4 weeks ago and jeans are tolerable for short time if they are relaxed fit and loose. I have bought 3 different kinds of underwear and the Duluth trading ball room is best so far. I'm in between a medium and large so I thought large would be ok. Then I ordered more in medium. Get a size smaller if you are close or want more support.
