There has been much discussion on the difference in appearance between CX and Titan implants. I gathered up old pictures of my natural erection (more than a few years old) and the implanted versions.

How do you rate each, pros and cons?

The CX was more natural when deflated. Also CX easier to inflate and deflate. Although the Titan is much less girth than natural, it is a big improvement over the CX. Still working to recover lost length with the Titan revision. Hopefully.
Also hopeful that the Titan outlasts the 3 year lifespan of my CX.

I will be 4 years on the 24th of this month with my Titan and I love it and have had no problems. I inflate just about every day in the morning for about 30 min. Here are pictures of flaccid and erect. Not as long as yours but it works and feels great. So I wouldn't worry about it's life span, just enjoy it.

Looks like the Titan is suited for the girthy types of which I am a member. It seems the Titan recipients are getting about 5.5 inches of girth. I was 6 inches in girth before PD fucked with me. It would be good to at least get back 5.5 since I’m screwed on length now.
