Hey guys....sorry so long in posting about my surgery.....went to my sister's to recuperate. Came home last nite.
It will be 3 wks tomorrow.

As I look back on it, the surgery itself was not bad....other than getting up from a chair or out of bed. I was so afraid of bursting a stitch out or something....LOL

I go back to the doc tomorrow to learn how to use this. I have kept a half erect penis ever since the surgery. My sister came and picked me up....I had gym shorts on and she said it looks like your ready to go to the clubs....LOL. Where they had to measure my urine in order for me to go home, the penis head got stuck in the urinal thing....I was like...."Oh dear God"

I guess the biggest complaint that I have, is that the head of my penis is very sore and feels irritated.....almost like I have a bladder infection.

I keep on looking for a video to see what I can expect tomorrow. My sister gave me a valium so that I can calm down a little bit. Not sure how I am going to feel about a doc messing around with my junk.

I date a guy and we see each other every 6 wks.....I am not so sure how he feels about this. He knew I had cylinders placed in penis, but I didn't tell him until last nite about the pump. I just don't want things to be mechanical.

It took me about a week to even wash in that area....just didn't want to touch it. I think I have found the pump, but have not experimented with it at all.

I do have to ask you guys.....I have had a little bit of an incontinence and I still wear a pad.....as I have since the prostate cancer surgery....has anyone else experience this?

Try to keep you guys updated after tomorrow. Thanks guys for the info and the support!

The head will be sore for a while ... for several reasons ... 1) each cylinder was pulled into place by routing a needle straight out thru the head ...
2) the "tips" of the cylinders are embedded into the head and will be tender for months.

but I didn't tell him until last nite about the pump. I just don't want things to be mechanical.

"mechanical" ... you mean your Implant didn't come with a Remote Control? (just kidding - couldn't resist!) ... after you heal, try letting your partner do the pumping. This will be a learning process for both of you ... experiment a little ...

I had incontinence for about 5 months after robotic surgery ... and Implant after 6 months. At first when climaxing I would still leak urine ... but that is no longer an issue ... give it time.

Congrats on your new hardware ... and keep us posted of your progress ...

Actually, at this point.....I am not real interested in "messing" around with it, because I don't want to irritate further. But I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet. I got a valium from my sister prior to going to the doc, as I didn't know what to expect. Didn't help.....LOL. He squeezed at the base and literally brought me to my knees.
