Had my ams 700 cx implanted almost 6 weeks ago. Last week my Dr. Showed me how it deflate and reinflate. I've been doing that 2-3 times a day but I can't get it to be flaccid, it is still pointing strait out and have to push it down to urinate. I push the button to deflate and hold for 4-5 seconds as directed and I hear a sound and it deflates a little. I think it has too much fluid on it can only pump 4-5 times and it's rock hard. Has anyone else had this issue ? I've tried gently squeezing it like the Dr. Said and even holding the button down while I do but not going down. Gonna call Dr. Tomorrow but I'm supposed to go back to work next week and this isn't very comfortable.

When I learned to deflate, my doctor had me squeeze the release button and squeeze my dick.
Hopefully your doctor has an answer.

I think trying in hot bath would help as you can easily feel the buttons. This way you would get to practice more. Deflate button is such a trickster they are good at hiding.. I had this same issue but it got better over the weeks.. I just think you are not pressing it correctly/hard enough.. it pained like crazy for me during first week but it got better..

I have the same issue with deflation. It gets a bit softer but not much. It is very annoying

Thanks deepvane , I did what you said and got a different grip on it and squeezed until felt a tear in my eye and now it went down more. Lol. My pump is setting in-between , almost over my right nut looking down. For first few weeks it was kinda stuck in place and wouldn't move around now it's loosened up and moving a little. They gave me a pump to look at and it helps looking at it to get a good grip. Thanks for the advice everyone.

You are most welcome. when you are in hot bath try to pull down the pump and move it around to make it more accessible.. I promise it gets better and easier and with no pain in next few weeks. But you need to keep cycling 2 times minimum(with 30 minutes inflated minimum- again go by your doctors advice).. more the better depending on how much pain you can tolerate.. pop in some pain meds 1 hour before( Ibuprofen helps with pain and more importantly the inflammation)..
