Just started cycling yesterday.

How often do you do it?

I’m only getting like 4-5 pumps it feels like.

How soon after starting do people use the Perito exercise?

4 weeks post surgery.

Hi. I'm 11 weeks and have been doing the Perito exercise from week 5 on. I take 40+ pumps to fully hard (unbendable). Wish I only had to squeeze 6 times... lol

I cycle at least once per day, for as long as I can - even on days we have sex. I have seen a re-gain of over 1/2". Now 6.5" x 6" around.

You should follpw your doctors instructions on cycling and everything else until fully healed. Some doctors do just one brand and not what you have. And even if the doctor does do your brand they are different and so are the men that are implanted. Some have more work or didn't need the extra work. You trusted your doctor for this so follow your doctors instructions. If you want to try things outside those instructions then ask your doctor. If the doctor gives you the ok them you can go ahead. If not you are taking a risk. The tome to discuss early activation ore things here on Frank Talk is before time for cycling or even in your surgeon search. But it is your body and your choice. You might get lucky or you might not.

Good luck with this.

For the first year, I pumped rigorously, inflated to the max for an hour, twice a day. I am now less compulsive but get in an hour most days. I've only employed the Perito exercise the last few weeks. Over the months, I have gained 3/4" in length, and nothing really girth wise which the CX is supposed to help.

I'll be getting the implant August. Question on cycling. How often are you suppose to do it? Also, are you suppose to just leave it hard for 30 minutes a day, or is there more to it?

My procedure with the Coloplast Titan was 17 days ago so am new.

In a previous surgery I formed scar tissue quickly. Based on that my Dr had me start cycling 7 days post op. Yeah it is still tender but I try to cycle 3 - 4 times a day. Yes I am working from home. Have to keep the Zoom camera high.

I leave it 90% hard for 30 mins. When I go for the last couple of pumps then it gets very very sore. I can take that about 15 mins then let solution out.
