People who got the implant how’s ur life now compare to before getting it ? Are you happy now ? Or do u regret getting it

I couldn't be happier since healing up from the surgery. I can now have sex with my wife anytime, anywhere without having to think about taking a pill or sticking a needle in my dick.

I have a very happy life and happy wife but I always have in my mind that I am not satisfying her physically. My wife is ok without sex( thats what she told me before she realized want she was missing).. we are married for 13 years( together 15 years) but I never could satisfy her physically because of ED( we did try other things but nothing like real sex).. After getting the implant she loves it so much so that she wants it every day( I didnt or we didnt realize she loves it so much).. so its like a new page or leaf we have turned in my lives. Sparked our relationship brought us even closer- the intimacy, the passion it ignites its amazing.. She is ok not to have sex but if she gets it she loves it ( like a Kano model - Absence of which doesnt make her dissatisfied but presence of which makes her delighted)... She wants to compensate for the past 13-15 years of no sex.. I am so exhausted already haha

so in summary it has changed my life to the positive. loving every moment of it.

Great sex without having to think about it or plan for it.

I'm happy for you. I believe that the two of you have found that the emotional satisfaction is the best part. Sure the sex is great but the emotional part makes it greater. That feeling is difficult to explain to someone that has never felt it.

Indeed my friend. Indeed.. In fact after the implant we became more open about things sharing fantasy etc.. my wife seems more receptive to ideas

Lots of confidence knowing that you can perform anytime, anywhere without pressure. I also can take my time during for play which has also made me a very good lover.
