Hey guys , 21 year old here with ED for 2.5 years, some questions about viagra:
1) what’s an appropriate amount to take for my first time. The pills are 100mg, so should I take 50mg, or cut it into 1/4 and take 25.
2) how does it work after you orgasm, do you remain hard or do you go soft?
3) when you’re done with sexual acitivity, how do you get rid of your erection? Or does it just go away with time ?

I think it would be good to have a subforum for PDE5 inhibitors/oral medications for ED. There’s a reason these are so popular. I don’t know how the implant subforum has become the default place for most questions.
As for OPs questions: (2,3): goes down by itself.
Doctors are happy to prescribe this even for mild ED so it’s easy to experiment

What about taking 25mg and try to masturbate. Test it. Take it and wait for an hour and try it. Actually, a question: can you masturbate properly? how your ed looks like?

You go soft, of course. i mean if you dont probably you dont have ed haha

im assuming your saying like, if youre done with sexual activity and you didnt orgasm. The erection goes away alone.
One thing you need to understand about viagra is: it does help with vasodilatation on the penis, but you only get an erection with it if you are aroused and not nervous. If you get turn off on sex, or orgasm, you will go soft, like a normal erection.
Thank you for the answers, I am going to a USC urologist next week and will ask him these questions as well but just wanted to ask people who have actually used it. My ED is that I can get hard and maintain an erection with stimulation , but without stimulation it is hard to keep one. The ED is the same it I am with a girl or just masturbating. I am unable to have intercourse because of this

Dosage is 25,50, 100.
Start with 25 and see. 100 is a huge dose with huge side effects. Be careful.

Yes I agree, Definelty not taking 100 lol, the doctor just said he prescribed those because it’s cheaper; but he told me to cut them into pieces or just bite part of it.

The doctor is likely to prescribe sildenafil, which is generic viagra. It is available in 20mg tablets so you can/may be able to take up to 5 tablets. But there are several kinds available and your doctor will be the one to tell you. It’s best to wait for your doctor’s appointment and don’t “borrow” any from someone else, or purchase some over the internet not knowing exactly what you are getting. The doctor should also discuss what you should do if you have an adverse reaction (Priapism). For example, with Trimix if your erection lasts too long you are supposed to take Sudafed as an antidote, and if that doesn’t work you go to the emergency room!
Just wait for your doctor to tell you! Good luck!

Thank you! Just to Clarify, my family doctor prescribed it, and I have the appointment with the usc urology specialist and I’ll be asking him, each pill is 100mg so I will probably try 25 mg my first time
