Titan deflation advice. Newbie pic

Hey guys. Got my implant on June 8. Titan 22cm. I’m happy with it. Amazing. I just started cycling, but when I deflate it I feel that I’m only able to move about 70% of the fluid out of the cylinders back into the reservoir. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Squeeze it starting at the glans and work your way down like your milking the fluid out.Flaccid will get better and softer with time and cycling!

I’m having a similar issue. I just started cycling 3 days ago and the flaccid is at least the size of being half hard. I think part of mine is swelling from the cycling. I’m icing it as I type this to see if that helps. Also, with the Genesis Titan pump, not the Touch, you have to hold the “bar” while you squeeze your penis, staring just below the gland and apparently work your way down. I was concerned that fluid may be going back in while you are squeezing the release if you reposition your grasp, so before I adjust my grasp on the shaft I release the “bar” get a lower grip, squeeze the bar and then squeeze the shaft lower and lower. I’m having a little better result by also bending the whole penis almost into a ball just to reduce the size as much as possible. Another thing, make sure you are squeezing the sides of the shaft, that’s where the tubing is.

Let me know if you find something that works well because I really am not looking forward to walking around with a half hard on all the time! Good luck.

Hey Joe, how long do you think it will take for the flaccid to get more realistic? I’ve already been stressing about what pants I’m going to be wearing back to work this Monday! I took almost 5 weeks off and I’m not looking forward to showing up with a constant hard on. I’m certainly not going to be complaining though, just would rather not have any questions or unwelcome stares.

Does it hurt when you squeeze the shaft? Can anyone comment on the pump size of genesis vs OTR and what's the advantage of genesis over OTR?

It doesn’t hurt when I squeeze the shaft. It’s a little uncomfortable when I try to roll the whole penis up in a ball, but not bad. I know I’m having some swelling right now from aggressive cycling.

The only thing I can say about the Genesis pump is it looks like it’s about the size of the AMS, because when I went for my training they had one of each setting next to each other. It actually looked a little smaller than the AMS, but I didn’t really pay that much attention to it. The nurse volunteered to tell me that she likes the Genesis better than the AMS. I didn’t ask any questions because it didn’t matter.

Thanks for the pics. I still don't get how an object that big can be in the scrotum without hurting the twins.

My issue also is scar tissue partially obstructing the pump. When my scrotum relaxes it’s much better. Still early in this whole process. My Dr. said the Titan Touch is experiencing some issues. I’m certainly glad I have my IPP. Can already tell it has enhanced my life. As an unexpected and surprising benefit my glans is super sensitive and producing pre-cum like crazy. That hasn’t happened for years. This team is all in. Thanks for all the FT advice from the Implant Brotherhood.
