Maximum girth obtained with implant

Soon to undergo implantation for venous leak, 6" length with 6"girth. It seems from FT that most implants are limited to about 5.5". Hoping to maintain my girth of 6" or slightly more following implantation and rehabbing with VED. Curious to know if others have been able to exceed what appears to be the 5.5" limit of the prothesis, and which brand, model, and size of implant they received (AMS: CX or LGX; Coloplast: Titan OTR or Genesis) . My surgeon has given me choice of implant but has not been able to answer this question for me.

Titan would be your thickest option and if you are only at 6" you wouldn't (most likely) qualify for the XL Titan which give even more girth. So I think you would be looking to lose .25-.5" of girth. 6" is a fat dick (a good thing) but keep in mind the average erect penis girth in the world is 4.49"...so even at 5.5" you are way above average....

Indeed. Spanish is spot on. When I was an honest 6 inches in circumference before the dreaded Peyroines robbed me, I really struggled getting a decent BJ and fitting into women that were perhaps unaccustomed to the stretching. I can remember at least 4 that I simply gave up due to either her physical limitation or causing pain. 5.5 is more than enough.

I’m at almost 7” girth and losing that has me scared beyond belief.. I can’t find any information on this “XL Titan”. Do you have any links or information?

I can understand! However, know that that is that's plenty of enough. I would ask your doctor for the best answer, but I don't think you can achieve 7" width with any penile prosthetic on the market today. That's a pretty big round dick lol

The Titan XL offers the girthiest cylinders but some of the girth results comes from our own anatomy. In other words two men with the same sized implant will have different girths post surgery.
