The way needles get fired through the glans when the tubes are placed.

It’s been 2 1/2 years, but I remember seeing the two little sutures. It reminded me of a snakebite, actually.

They used the kind of sutures that dissolve on their own and after a week or so of showering the holes (if you can call them that) just disappeared. The only way I noticed them was the little knot in the thread.

Never caused any pain or discomfort, they appear to have enabled the doc to get the cylinder ends well into the glans…so I guess the ends justify the means.

That is how they pull the cylinders into your penis. Search the forum for snake bite. I'm sure that you'll find several mentions of them. Btw, I think that they heal quickly since they're actually a needle prick. Might be close to healed by the time you get the bandages off. Totally normal.

Yes, it's pretty well known here.

It is indeed how they lift the cylinders right up to the ends of the corpus cavernosum.

I remember seeing the little bruises too. It's nothing to worry about.

Not all surgeons use that technique. I had a Titan put in By Dr. Hakky in June and had no sutures or any indication of needles going through the glans
