Better outcomes for men with rte

Men have reported using all the saline in their reservoir resulting in the pump going flat. The men who report this have bigger implants. The reservoir holds 125cc of saline. The titan implant can expand as long as there’s more saline left in the reservoir. The 26cm implants inflatable portion is allmost twice the size/length than the 18cm implant. Shorter implants have the capacity to increase in circumference more then longer ones because the saline in the reservoir is less likely to run out. Men here with shorter implants and rte have reported going from 5.5” girth pre implant to over 6” girth post implant while men with longer implants and often bigger (pre implanted) girths report having issues maintaining their girth. Go figure huh.

Unfortunately I disagree with pretty much every part of your statement.

1) there are different size reservoirs available. I’m pretty sure 100ml is the most common and I think they go up to 150ml although I may be wrong. The size of the reservoir will generally depend on the size of the implant and the maximum capacity it can hold plus a little extra.

2) once you get to the larger implants such as the 24cm XL the cylinders are wider so they will nearly always offer a wider girth than those smaller.

3) the maximum girth able to be obtained has more to do with one’s natural genetics. Two
Men with the same size implant does not mean the same girth nor the same length.

4) 5-5.5’ girth seems to be the medium range for girth accross all implant sizes. Very seldom will an implant, no matter the size offer a girth or more than 6’

So if the models scaled proportionately, you would expect the 26cm implant to have 1.44 the size of inflatable portion compared to the 18cm, but it actually has twice the size.

By the time the 26cm has filled out in length, there is not enough saline left over to increase circumference.
The 18cm fills out in length, and then has saline left over to fill out in circumference.

Is that the logic?

I would have thought that they would have reservoirs specifically tailored to implant size, such that one would never run out of saline, or if you did, that that would be because maximum cylinder expansion had been achieved.

I think that the AMS instructions say how many cc's of saline to put in the reservoir based on the model used. The doctor does not routinely just fill it to its capacity.

Leroastbeef maybe I’m having some confirmation bias but I thought 90+% of men get 125cc of saline and a small amount of men get less. If I’m right (maybe I’m not) a man with a 26cm implant that is able to use all the saline is coincidental and not intended because most men regardless of length are given 125cc saline

Yes basically the titan both xl and original are designed to fill out the tunica without being restricted by a mesh cover.

The Dr who performed my revision advised that all the implants have some amount of stretch over time. She noted this becomes more of an issue with the larger implants due to their proportionately larger stretched volume. She added a small amount of extra fluid to compensate for future stretch in my case.
