4.5 weeks out, been cycling for a few days. Had erect length of 6 " (injection) before surgery and 5.5 girth. 4.5 erect now, 4 girth. Please tell me it will get bigger with time and cycling. Don't get me wrong, not much you can do with a 6 inch noodle.

It could help us give an opinion if we knew the size and type of implant.
I found that tri-mix girth was more than I ever had, and the implant didn't get it to that.

Yeah it would help to know make/model/size of implant.
At 4.5 weeks in, you most likely haven’t begun to see what cycling will do. When the doctor says “cycle” he isn’t joking. It really works and it isn’t quick.
I started out 6.8x6. I ended up 6 5/8 x 5 1/2. I think the girth loss is primarily due to me getting an LGX, but I’m not complaining. If I really mash the ruler against my pubic bone I can get a bone pressed erect measurement of 6 3/4”. So really, I am back to my original length.
It took probably close to a year of cycling before I was sniffing 6 1/2”. Like I said, it’s not quick. Titans seem to be quicker but that’s just what I’ve read on here.

I have ams 700 cs, 21 cm, 1cm Rte. One thing I'm noticing is that I xan still pump the bulb. It never gets too hard to squeeze. It will actually collapse sometimes for a few seconds or more and slowly feel up. I do get a stiff election, just 4.5. No matter how much I pp, I don't get the priapism pain.

I agree with all the comments and questions. Am puzzled by your statement "not much you can do with a 6 inch noodle." ?

I think he means no hard erection.

I can't say for sure, but I'd bet you'll get a lot more length with that equipment.
I hope you can finally pump up completely.

Keep in mind you’re only 4 1/2 weeks out.You are just getting started, your implant will continue to soften up and stretch your tissues out as you cycle.Be sure and pump as much as you can into your cylinders and let it stay as long as you can stand it!Good luck and stay positive, you will gain most of it back,I did!

oh, limp noodle -- well I certainly agree with the comments re give it time -- it took me about 2-3 months to regain my length, but it did return, even a bit more -- it's a wonderful thing!

Yeah, really you're being impatient and should relax. Your size a month out means literally nothing. I'd lost over 2.5" at that point. For me it was right around 7 weeks I started getting some "gains" pretty easily. It slowed down after about two months but it's still getting longer incrementally. You've got over a year to get back your size. Just keep exercising. I'd recommend doing more than cycling, though. At least buy a VED.
