Anybody who had PD and 7" or more having a AMS CX

Most times i read men on the larger side, 7" or more and especially with PD having the Titan implanted.

As i want to go for the most natural dick in the flaccid state i like to hear if there are any succes stories of men with 7" or more (pre-implant)with PD who now have AMS CX or even the LGX

No PD, but for what it’s worth I’ve had my AMS CMX for approximately 2.5 years now and measured 7-1/2 to 7-3/4, pre-surgery and very close to that, post. My surgeon said he made the decision to use it during surgery given that measurement for structural integrity. I’ve been very happy with it. If I had to list a “con” (with an asterisk/footnote that I consider it a negligible one at worst) is that it is a bit more oblong than cylindrical at full inflation.

Thanx! What can say about the flaccid. Is it natural? No problem with a 'semi-erect' look in tight jeans?
