Hey guys, small update.

after fighting with insurance over costs i finally got cleared and iam scheduled end of next month with Dr.Osmonov.
Iam still slightly anxious about sizing cause iam a big grower (3.0 to 6.0) and about glans engorgement but i know i have one of the best surgeons in europe who will do it so iam expecting a positive result.

if there is any ex-growers who are happy with the results feel free to let me know here, might take away some of the anxiety.
thanks guys, have a great weekend everyone :)

yes ,I was a major grower -- maybe similar to your dimensions ,and I couldn't be happier to now be a shower. I reach down and feel it through my pants when sitting around and love it! All the best to you!

Congratulations on getting approval from insurance! It was a fight for me to get approved for the surgery, and I still have the voice mail message from the insurance representative telling me I got approved. It was the true beginning of me regaining hope.

I was also a grower and am now a shower. I like it. I don't have any problem having a larger bulge in my pants now

Can I add to this post? I am seven weeks out and same dimensions as you. Like the other guys here I am very pleased with that part of it however, I still have to walk a little awkward because of how big it is and I have to be careful when getting in the car. Also, daily things like tieing your shoes or picking up something you dropped are a little tedious. No one prepared me for this including my physician. But after reading through Frank talk apparently or hopefully even, this start to go away around the four-month mark. I just want to tell you this because it was definitely a surprise for me.
I do enjoy being a shower instead of a grower. I probably will never get used to that :))

My flaccid after implant is twice as long as before implant. The only real difference is that there are half as many wrinkles on my shaft as before. My shaft's skin just folded like an accordion, wrinkling up as it contracted. Now it just needs fewer folds/wrinkles.

If I deflate COMPLETELY, as in REALLY squeezing all the saline out of the implant the shaft does get a little bit flat/not round. Not a problem in appearance or comfort, though.

As far as the long implant fitting into your penis, remember two things. 1) The implant chosen will only be as long as your (erected) tunica albuginea so will feel no more strain (or only a little more) than your best pre-implant erection. 2) About 1/3 of the implant is not actually in your penis. It is buried in your pelvic crus. This is a good thing, for it will give support to your erection and keep it pointed toward your partner where it will be appreciated.
