It took a while but yes, with sexual stimulation my shaft and glans engorge to the point it's hard to deflate fully.

I was having sex with my wife and after I orgasmed, it felt like I was 'losing' my hardon. Obviously with my implant that's impossible, and I realized that it was just natural engorgement going away. About 7-8 weeks in I noticed when getting stimulated especially a good BJ, I was getting a pretty good glans engorgement and the shaft mostly along the bottom. Yes I do . In fact, a few days after my implant I woke up with a simi and started wondering if something had happen during surgery and they stopped with the implant. Everything I had read and was told said that a natural erection would be a thing of the past, so I was surprised. It still happens often if I horny. It isn't all that much but does fill out and firm up.

I am just 4 days post implant but have noticed the same thing. Interesting phenomena..

Seven weeks post implant today and I can report the same phenomena. At first I thought it was psychosomatic but it’s very clear that I sometimes feel engorgement in the shaft and the glands. Very cool feeling
