Bad day. Bruised after cycling

I'm only less than month post-op.
I've been Cycling in the previous days, i was getting back to my life and the pain was diminishing.
Today after Cycling i got a bit bruised at the lowest part of my shaft and i panicked because of it.
I wrote to my surgeon but haven't gotten any reply yet.
The bruising area Is the same that got bruised after surgery. It had healed and now he's there again.
Nothing exaggerated, but this is a setback since things were improving in a positive way.
Maybe i'll have stop cycling for a while and then start again from the beginning.
