Has anyone gained length or girth after getting the implant? I don’t mean re-couped losses after cycling. I mean from pre-op erection size?

Hell yes, girth is a given with a titan that you’ll gain some

no I haven't heard of anyone gaining additional length from pre-op size ,though I could very well be wrong. One doc told me he actually had a guy on the operating table who told him he was expecting additional length ,and the doc canceled the surgery. Even the master ,Eid, says he won't add length ,but will add girth with the Titan.

However, many FT guys report to have gained post-op length with cycling/VED/Perito exer. Some report they gained back more length than their pre-op size.

Prior to surgery, with my last good Trimix boner I was 5.5" BPL. I had lost 1.5" in length and almost an inch in girth from Peyronie's and ED in the 15+ years I battled it. After implant with aggressive cycling, I'm now 6.25" long and have gained a bit of girth but not much. Very happy with the outcome!

How much girth would one expect to gain from the titan?

Pretty confident I'm gonna be a consistent 9" or a bit over. Not much of a difference compared to 8.75" but saying I've got a 9" dick, I mean, how any man gonna feel about that?

Lost some girth, unfortunately. Seem to usually be at 5.5", down from about 5.75", and have heard others report the AMS LGX 700 might have that as a girth max. I've measured it over that before, but doesn't seem to stay. Have heard about procedures and maybe some other options in the future. Not too concerned yet.

I think a lot of it has to do with your natural girth. In other words, if you had a 4 inch girth. Its very unlikely you're going to get a 6 inch girth. Most gains that I've noticed are in the 1 to 2cm range. Of course, a few tend to lose a bit.

User Merrix is one user who gained additional length.. Quite a few members gained additional girth with titans.
