Guys with a Titan

I'm going on 6 weeks with my new implant. Everything is going well, healed up fine. Although I have lost some girth, hope that returns over time, we will see.

My question is about my new flaccid length, how long does the Titan take before your flaccid length is no longer semi erect and soft to the touch? Will it ever hang down naturally? It is still very full and heavy to the touch when deflated. Not that I am complaining, just wondering. Sometimes it is a little uncomfortable in my pants.

Also, does the fully inflated implant over time soften up too. Maybe become more flexible. It is like a steel rode right now and is not comfortable for my wife.

riseagain,

IMHO, the key to regaining girth and length is daily cycling. Twice a day, for the first year (per Mayo clinic urologist).
Next, early on, working to get and maintain a flaccid penis was kind of tricky. How hard to squeeze and how long to squeeze will be a work-in-progress for you right now, BUT eventually you (with practice) will figure it out. Be sure to squeeze the pump firmly after deflating to ensure the valve seats. Two words - patient and practice. Even now, after over 3 years, mine doesn't "feel" soft to the touch. The Titan cylinders are firm and have been since the start.
I was a grower, prior to implant. Just getting used to being a shower, for me, was a challenge.
And last, no, the cylinders do NOT soften up over time, and I don't really think you want them to. We're 76 and the "the steel rod" took some getting used to by the wife and I, early on. Alot more lube, start the entry slower, and don't fuck like a rabbit. The two of you will learn together how to adapt and enjoy sex again. The implant profoundly changed our sexual life.

I agree, cycling is the key to gaining girth back.Yes it will soften up and hang down.Your flaccid will be a lot longer but I have gotten use to it.Took about six months for mine to really soften up!

I am going on five years now and my Titan isn’t an issue anymore. It did take time to soften but it will and regular use probably has helped it along. The Mrs still says I pump too much so try just making it hard enough to penetrate. I have posted photos but now not noticeable in jeans, shorts, etc.
We are still so happy with mine.

Here's mine after almost 2 months. Still far from normal looking. And pokes out in a strange semi-erection

It WILL soften up and hang down in a normal flaccid fashion like you’re use to!

Is it 100% inflated? Do you feel your eretions? Does it feel good when you stroke?

I wish I had the guts to implant, but Im so scared. My issue is Adrogen deprivation syndrome due to finasteride. I have scar tissue in the corporas and I must have messed up my pudendal or dorsal nerves because I lost sensitivity.

Was the glance already bigger than the shaft before implant? How do you conceal at the moment.
Good luck!

I am just over a year into this, and more recently I noticed a change in the flaccid hang. Within the past months it just seems to hang down more naturally then the way it sort of protrudes out when it's new. The tubes feel maybe a bit softer, but there's not much of a difference. The new flaccid takes time to get used to, especially if you were a grower. Lastly, with all the adjustment options, it will only be a steel rod if I want it that way. And I like to have that option.

I agree with others, it will get softer and hang a little lower in flacid state as time goes. I do the Perito exercises and think that helped soften up the tubes more than anything. Also has gotten me a little length back. As far as the hardness. I pump as hard as I can one handed for sex which is way shy of how hard I can get it with two hands. Just experiment with it for sex. It’s infinitely adjustable. I only pump to max to do the exercises in the morning and evening. Rarely ever use tagt hard for sex
