For those who got the implant when ur partner gives you head how’s the pleasure ? Do you feel pleasurable or do u feel noting

It's lessened, but still fantastic. Different, but exciting. I went into this assuming there would be changes in sensation and reconciling myself to accepting that, so I think a realistic mindset is really important here.
Just a personal observation, but I find notably more sensitivity throughout my dick (glans and shaft) at lower inflation levels. So she will take me in her mouth entirely uninflated sometimes and it's awesome. Play awhile. Then inflate a little (I might inflate, or she, in the right mood, decides to inflate me to the level she wants). Play more. Inflate a little more. Or not. Etc.
We've found a lot of fun and pleasure for us both in the fine-tuning the implant makes possible. I'm answering your questions, in fairness, as a guy who always enjoyed but never prioritized BJs - I was always driven to other activities far more.
