Natural engorgement. Does it end with implant

Does natural engorgement last through revisions or can it stop abruptly mid-implant?

Does staying partially inflated for a duration of time deter inflow of engorgement?

Kinda in a weird metal state with my current situation & wondering if depression or stress has affected my natural engorgement

I don’t engorge after implant but use my VED to accomplish that,and it works for me!!!

I’m fortunate enough to get really good engorgement with stimulation, either visual or physical. I think theoretically you can get good engorgement after implant placement if you got it before implant, which I did. I got zero erections before implant but my glans did still get larger when excited. Now with the implant I get the whole package. Love it.

That’s awesome! I’ve had great engorgement myself but recently I don’t know
If it’s stress or depression but my cock has become less thick & I don’t have that bulge in the pants.

It will fluctuate sometimes like it has in the past 2 weeks, but I’m just wanting it to return.

I use one that has a ring that is loaded on it and when you get pumped up and engorged you slide the ring on your dick and it stays engorged.

I’m still getting decent engorgement while aroused, but my penis is just not as thick & plump. It’s not bulging out my pants like it usually does.
