Remember that many of the posts here about problems with an implant is because guys come here to rant. Many more guys have an implant that works well, had no issues, but don't come here to tell or brag. The failure rate is less than 1%. As long as you follow the surgeons' instructions everything should turn out fine. At close to 3 years with mine I'm quite happy with it as much as my recovery was terrible.

the right high volume doc may assuage your fears -- where do you live?

drayan,
Honestly, being 20, I don’t think you need an implant. Try other things before you jump under the knife. Work on your well-being mental and physical. Implant is irreversible, no way back. Stop watching porn if you do it, minimize your masturbation and work on your imaginations.
I am not against implant, but then when nothing else works.
I have implant and I am very satisfied with my AMS CX.
But, on the other hand, I had nothing to loose. I am prostate cancer survivor.
Please, do not rush.
MK

Get a Doppler test done. Once you have a diagnosis you'll get good medical support.

If you're 20 what made you consider getting an implant in the first place? I looked at your profile but didn't see a post about your problems.

I have to agree. If you want advice then you need to give us enough background so that we can form good opinions.
