Removing AMS 700 replacing with TITAN Implant

Hello Guys,
Ive had my AMS 700 implant in for 10 years now. Having an issue with the AMS release valve so my Doctor has agreed to remove the AMS and replace it with the Titan Implant.
Has anyone done this before?? Any issues??
I am hoping to increase the girth of my penis and the doctor also told me he can use a slightly longer implant so I should see an improvement in length.
Im having the surgery on October 4th at UCI Medical Center in Orange, CA.
If any member can share any information that I should be aware of .. I will certainly appreciate that!
THANK YOU in advance for any information.
Randy

I have a Titan now and actually wish I had the AMS implant. If I ever get a revision I think I will ask to go with AMS 700 CX. The "flacid" deflated state of the titan implant is sometimes tough to deal with and unnatural feeling. I've heard the AMS is much better in this aspect which makes me want to go with it.

Randy look at recent topics. There is a guy who went from AMS to Titan and he was happy.

I did exactly this update from AMS 700 to titan. My girth is greatly improved with Titan. I did lose an inch with revision implant and cycling hard to gain it back. Titan is more difficult to deflate but not a big deal. Also a bit more crinkly when deflated but again not a big deal.

I just had Dr. Karpman replace my CX with Titan XL. Both my CX and LGX developed aneurism in the left cylinder most likely due to sex position. Surgery went smooth and I start to pump up.

Hi Randy,
I am assuming Dr. Yafi will be your surgeon at UCI. Yafi did my implant on Sept. 20, you are in good hands.

In terms of length expansion from flaccid to erect, do you notice a big difference between ams and Titan? Wuold you say that the ams expand in lenght a bit or it is just like the Titan?
