Implant base stabilty

Hey guys.
I'm new here but i've basically already decided to get an implant with Dr. Eid.
I'm young, turning 30 in December but i have no other option. After a sex accident in summer 2021 my erectile health is basically screwed. I'm very sure i have a torn suspensory ligament, i developed an enlarged supraficial dorsal vein, indentations,i had numbness and pain (gone thank god) and i have pretty severe ED. On top of that i have been diagnosed with venous leak. All from one little slip. Insane.
I have thought about this extensively and although i'm worried how my weird issues might impact my implant experience, i have no other choice at this point...
I'm concerned about the erection angle i'm going to have post implant. I discussed this with Dr. Eid and he said it's possible that the implant will give me back stability at the base and restore my erection angle (basically take over for my fucked ligament).
What has your experience been regarding the stability of your penis at the base? Do you think the implant "ankers" it a bit? I'd love to hear your opinions.
Thanks!!!

I recently have kind of injured the base of my dick. I am now taking off 2-3 weeks without any sex or masturbation. I will say that post implant the cylinders definitely allowed for support for the cock to stick out. I’m hoping my sensations (which are the same as yours above) improve with some weeks of downtime.
Pretty mind wrecking, emotional shit with penile injuries

Hey man!
We are the same age, i will also be turning 30 in december. I took the plunge this year and got the implant. What i can tell you is that my post-implant rigidity is MUCH firmer at the base than i was pre implant (even close to orgasm). It feels like the implant is holding itself up completely, so i woudnt worry about your ligament. My erection pre-implant would barely lift itself off my belly (when lying flat,) now my erection angle is about 2 o'clock.

Thanks Brother!
Seems like we are / were in a very similar boat. I have long flaccid too! Aren't we lucky ones. Well at least the implant seems like a way out.
If i may ask, what kind of other symptoms did you experience? And how did it change post implant?
So if i see this right, the implant holds it self and is kind of ankered in the pubic region?
Many thanks and good luck!

Hey guys,
I think you should share with us how your sexual accidents happened; you might be able to save someone the grief of going through the same misfortune you have had to endure. I have no idea how you damaged your cock; I would like to know.

Was the implant itself responsible for the injury?

I can tell you one way to do it. I had my wife bent over the bathroom vanity, entering from the back. Basically a standing doggie style. When she orgasmed, her legs gave out & she collapsed to the floor. My dick was violently jerked out of her vagina as she fell. Scared me pretty badly. Fortunately I did not suffer any injury that I know of. It hurt & scared me.
Most of the time the injuries happen during either style of cowgirl. I have had that happen a few times. But luckily I had a high erection angle. Once my dick cleared the pubic bone it would slap up against my belly before she could come back down. This basically caused her pain because she'd slam her clitoral area real hard against a really hard erection. This would normally result in a request for me to take top.
I personally tried to avoid girl on top positions. Women are not very good at knowing how long of a stroke they can do. She can't go up any farther that your penis is long.

Anyone else who could give me some insight?
