Sensation wise, its about a 15-20% drop for me when fully inflated. Only about 5-10 when halfway inflated. Orgasms are a hit or miss, sometimes i get blown away, other times i end up coming with a stoic face. As for pre vs post implant, i dont need to use 2 hands while masturbaring to maintain an erection anymore, so in those terms, mission accomplished.

Sensitivity could return after some time. If i get to have my cake and eat it tol ill be one happy camper.

I wouldn't call it "that good!" but yeah, I mean, the process is different when you're pumping it to get erect with or without watching porn. I know that's not normal, but beyond that, yeah it feels pretty much like jerking off is supposed to feel, as far as I know.

I don't see the need of worrying about minor issues like a ~15% loss of sensation. That doesn't stand out to me. What does is that the implant makes and keeps my dick hard.

So can you say it is considerably a better experience than masturbating with an erection that keeps collapsing even it is a natural blood-filled one?

It is amazing! For me, I find that 60% inflated is better when I masturbate then fully inflated. As far as orgasms go, better now than before.
