At 4 months, I still had a sharp pain in my glans after max inflation for an hour or more. It gradually got better, and now I have no pain regardless of how long I stay pumped to the max.

f you are getting "the ache" still it is a sign that you can still gain back some more. I still can make myself ache at 6 months, but it is getting less and less. So long as I get the ache at max inflation I am still stretching things out.

My 700lgx still hurts at max after 4 years. I can wear it all day at 80% with no pain and at 80% it is a pretty impressive hard on.

Thx guys, I can't complain about what he gave me. Thicker and longer than before now. Tried the Parito method of bending but then it really hurts for a day or so after. Did you guys just pump it up or get aggressive with it? thx

At three years out I still have a touch of pain now & then when I max inflate. Cycling was something I didn't know about, and doc never instructed me with, so for my first 5 months inflation only happened for sex. I never inflated for daily cycling until I found FT at my 5th month. I cycled for 2 1/2 months then but not aggressively. Gained maybe 1/8 inch and gave up.

Same here. I was a slow healer, hurt for months. But I'd go through it again now I know how good it is.

I am 10 weeks in, and max inflation still hurts a lot.
One thing that helps *immensely* is a very, very hot bath.
But, keep in mind that, as others have said, the pain means there is still more girth and length in your future.
