No pain, no (girth/length) gain?

I am at 10 weeks post-surgery, and cycling every day religiously (ok, maybe not the most appropriate word) :D

I have fairly strong arms, and using finger over finger, thumb over thumb, I can inflate to the point of a lot of pain. (A very hot bath really, really helps mitigate--but not eliminate--the pain.)

As I understand it, the pain means there is still growth to be reclaimed. I assume that at some point, I won't be able to elicit the pain, which means I've gotten all the growth there is to be had.

My question is, should I just inflate as much as possible regardless of the pain? I'm willing to tolerate the pain for the sake of my phallic narcissism, but should I be worried about overdoing it?

You ask a good question. I've never read of when to stop cycling. I think your basic thought is correct. In case you have a super high tolerance to pain. I would advise you to be careful on how much pain you're willing to endure. Pain & discomfort are two different things. I guess if you can bear the pain for 30 minutes it likely isn't too much.
A different line of thinking. What would happen if you reach the limits that your tissue will stretch before you hit the max size your implant will stretch? Would this lead to damage or erosion? I don't know.
You don't say what implant that you have or if your pain is generally related to girth or length.
I don't think that you could damage yourself in girth. I've read that the tunica is very strong.
I guess there is a very slim possibility that you could cause erosion with a AMS implant & you was way oversized. I can't imagine that you was oversized enough to cause erosion.
Sorry, long post. I think you'll be ok. Just listen to your body talking to you.

I would only push to the point of slight discomfort. You want to slowly stretch the tissue over a long time, not tear through it in a short time if that makes sense

In the beginning there is pain with cycling. At least it was for me. Pain in my scrotum util the skin toughed and I found the right spots to use. And pain in my shaft with even some bruising. I had very little bruising after surgery and then some when I started cycling just before 3 weeks. You did not say or I missed it as to how long you have been cycling. If you are past your first few weeks as most protocols for cycling have you start out with less time and even less times to cycle a day. And are at your max duration and number of times a day, I would use the rule to inflate until you feel stretching. Then if that goes away before the end of you time add pump(s) to restore the stretching feeling. If the stretching turns to pain then deflate and keep with your next scheduled cycling. At 4.5 years I can still feel pain if I keep adding pumps up around an hour. This is with my LGX.

I’m at 5 months and still have a little pain when max pumping. I do the perito exercises which I feel speeds the break in period in. I know my implant is much more flexible in the flaccid state and much more comfortable the last few months. I get more pain in the diameter just behind where the circumcision area. Never felt any pain in the glans. Feel I might be slightly undersized as I’m about 3/4” short stil but my girth is slightly bigger than I was pre surgery. Happy enough with what I have. The cycling is very slowly getting to be less painful so will continue for at least the first 10-12 months or until I get no more gains. Think perito suggested to cycle 3-4 times a week for the life of the implant as you can still shrink even after implant.

To answer the questions: I have a Titan, I'm about 10 weeks in, and started cycling on day 3.

I did not measure pre-op, but I'm pretty sure my length is as long or a tad bit shorter. Currently at about 7 1/8 inches.

Girth is about 5 3/4 at the base of the shaft. Here I'm sure I am smaller just from the feel, but not by a huge amount. I'm guessing pre-op I was probably 6 and a quarter. My gf says the length seems to be the same but the girth is smaller.

And, to confirm, pre-op the doc told me I would lose some of that girth. But not sure why, since the cylinders should be able to expand to pre-op girth. Will ask doc on follow-up.

I am NOT complaining at all, bc being able to have sex worry-free....wow!

Truth be told, I would have rather lost a bit in length and maintained girth, simply bc women I have been with have complained about pain when I go deep.

So anybody wanting to trade a bit of girth for a bit of length, message me :D
