Hey everyone just wanted to ask about your pump placement
I had my implant done 4 weeks ago. 22cm+3cm extenders.
When asked about having to pull down pump in scrotum surgeon states that he keeps his tubing very short and "ties/ secures" his pump so I don't have to pull it down. My problem is that it rides VERY high in my scrotum literally at the base of my penis with the tubing that goes to the pump kinking into the base of my dick about 2 inches in ....
See the picture I drew - where blue is tubing and pump and orange is testicles. The tubes are very uncomfortable kinking into the base and also I cannot seperate my dick from the pump - I cannot even place my hand between implant and the pump on the underside of my dick. I'm awaiting my surgeons response on this.
Anyone else have this experience?

Re: Pump placement question (NSFW)
Hey there Luckyes,
I am out of surgery 4 weeks and a couple days; I have been having questions about the placement of my pump too. I haven't spoken to the surgeon, but his PA took a look at me and said I don't see anything unusual about the placement.
The location of my pump is different than yours, my pump is located behind the balls, on the right and high, I have to move my right testicle forward then reach behind it and high. I have begun to cycle, but only about 4 times so far because my scrotum became so inflamed from poking around and squeezing the pump I had to let it cool down a bit.
I am getting more used to the location, something we all probably have to go through, but I am finding it is really difficult to pump, it takes a lot of pressure, much more than I anticipate, though it does seem like it is getting a little easier.
I will be watching this thread to see what the different placements are, it sounds to me like each surgeon has his own favorite way, there is probably no right or wrong, you just have to get used to it.

Re: Pump placement question (NSFW)
My pump is extremely hard to pump - almost never feel like Im getting a full pump and it takes about 25 pumps to get anywhere. I see why some silly men take pliers to their sacs that said Id prefer having my pump lower and hind my balls like you because its easier to hide and it doesn't rob me of penetrative length because the pump is literally in the way.

yeah my tubes ride a bit high as well. Wonder if that's just as low as they can get them during surgery. Part of that reason has made me think about doing infrapubic next time, but then I guess you feel tubes on the top. Maybe a no win here.
