I'm wondering how exercise (especially stuff like running and sprinting) affect the durability of the implant ?

Is there anyone here who has had an implant for a decade or more and exercises regularly ?

I'll bump here because I'm also interested--men have said they have no problem returning to an active lifestyle once recovery is complete, but I wonder if anyone has info on how being active would impact the life of the implant?

I'm about a month and a few days from surgery, I'm not really that active but I'm about to start riding my Peleton Bike again and probably purchase a Tonal workout machine. My biggest concern was riding the bike since I spent a lot of money on that equipment but I will let you know how it goes after two to three weeks of consistent riding.
