About stretched measurement and doctor in Brazil

Hello friends, I've been watching some videos of doctors here in Brazil, and everyone says that the final size of the implant would be approximately stretched... My question is, when measuring stretched, how far should you count? Even the glans (which stretches together), how should it be held?

Try user Tortao, he has a journal here and on the peyronies forum. He had an implant with TEP procedure and regained all his lost length/girth. I believe his procedure was done in brazil.
