As I move forward towards an implant a recent exam by my urologist detected Peyroines plaques virtually the entire length of my shaft and also below the fat pad. I have decided to pay out of pocket to get the very best surgeon since I only have one dick. This new information is influencing me to fine a surgeon that can deal with potential complications from severe scarring. Which of the rock star surgeons mentioned on this board seem to be best equipped to deal with severe Peyroines? Thanks for any input brothers.

You want to see Dr. Laurence Levine in Chicago. High volume implanter. I believe he has also written a textbook on Peyronies.

Do some research on Dr Clavel in Houston Clavel urology. He specializes in pyronies and many other issues. He even developed a special technique for dealing with it… think it’s called the scratch technique…

I suspect that Peyronies is so common in the ED community that most if not all of the better implant surgeons can deal with it. I would suggest you make a list of questions to ask the surgeon when you interview him. If you have peyronies then it should be high on your list. Try to get him to describe his method for dealing with it.
I think that he'll be happy to tell you. Your question should show him that you're engaged in your treatment plan.
Good luck.

Will do. I’m leaning towards Cavell but looking now to have done in late 2023.

Be aware that plication procedure for correction of PD ALWAYS results in loss of length. I lost 1" as well as loss of sensation on under side of penis. Obviously, everyone is different and losses will vary. Best of luck
