Is there any correlation between longer penis stretching and peyronie?
My penis when stretched reaches up to 1 centimeter more than when erect (counting to the corona). Could this be a sign that I have peyronie?

I don’t think so.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

I have Peyroines and have the opposite effect. I’m about 1/2 longer erect than stretched.

Definitely no. Look up the definition of Peyronie's Disease (capitalized because it is named after a person-proper names are generally capitalized).
"noncancerous condition resulting from fibrous scar tissue that develops on the penis and causes curved, painful erections"
Such fibrous tissue might possibly cause differences in length, but a difference in length is not definitive. It is the existence of the tissues that defines Peyronie's Disease. Differences in length between stretched and naturally erect are common and generally indicate nothing at all.
