Lifting weights with Implant question for Bionic guys

Postby Captain1117 » Wed Nov 16, 2022 4:53 am

A question for implanted members...
Will lifting weights in the gym( squats, deadlifts, bench presses) be safe or advisable with an inflatable implant?

Once you have healed, there are no restrictions, as far as the implant is concerned, regarding weightlifting. My doctor has told me it’s fine to do squats, deads, benching, sit-ups, etcetera. I started light exercise at the gym three weeks after receiving my implant, and then gradually increased the intensity of my workouts. Now, at three months post-op, I’m back to my usual workouts with heavier weights. I’m not a doctor, so it would be good to be sure to talk with yours before you resume lifting. But this was my experience. My advice is to go slowly, listen to your body and your doctor, and you’ll be back to your workouts in no time.

30 days after I was back to the gym full force.

My only issue is now being a shower versus a grower.

Doing incline bench press I looked in the mirror noticed my dick was hanging out.

Definitely need to modify the gym attire a bit

I was allowed dumbbells at four weeks with weight restrictions. Then again, I had a hernia done two weeks before my implant and the doc wanted me to avoid the gym for 6 weeks after hernia repair.

Total free for all at 3 months, no problem.

I used to be a grower with a set of bull balls.

I am now a shower with a big nutsack that’s got a 3rd ball stuffed in the nutsack.

I’ve been on a bench and noticed my junk had magically crawled out the legs of my gym shorts. So yeah, wardrobe modification is a good idea. I don’t find them comfortable but a good jock strap can be a friend. Ivegoneto the lace up aridity.

The shower bay has two poles, each with 4 shower heads. I get a vibe that people are intimidated by someone with a 6” flaccid. Like maybe they suspect I double when erect. At any rate, there’s folks that look and then look away real quick.

.

I have not an implant yet. But when brothers referring to a jockstrap do they mean a jockstrap with a cup placed or just a jockstrap?

Thanx!

I started lifting light again at 4 weeks and by week 6, was back to full strength with no issues. Granted, I no longer go crazy heavy like when I was you, but...no issues.

Thanks.

I was thinking of squats and deadlifts that build lots of abdominal pressure(hence the thick belts) ..how do those impact the implant and or reservoir

I understand why people ask questions about if an implant would be safe while weight training or MMA fighting or whatever. And I don't know any science behind this, but I'm pretty sure the answer is once your dick gets healed after surgery, you can do whatever the fuck you want with it. I can't really feel my balls anymore. There's this one curls machine I use at the gym where it does make me sit right on my balls or the implant or something - and it feels weird, but there's 0 pain or discomfort.

Everything becomes safe once bionic.
