I got the official OK for masturbation and oral sex after two weeks. I had to hold out for four weeks for anything else.

Sex is sex. I waited until I was cleared for sex. But I was very worried about infection and wanted to do nothing that would risk that. Ask your doctor is the best I can say to you.

At 7 days I gently rubbed my head but not shaft and shot.

I was too sore to do anything until almost 6 weeks. Can't say I didn't try before that, but my first masturbation had me erupt the biggest load like the old days.

Day 10 for me. But very gently. Wife gave some oral and finished me at 18 days and had sex at 21 days but was very tender and very sore afterwards. Went in at 4 weeks for official release. At my 1 week I asked the Dr when I could start and he said gently at 3 weeks so I might have pushed it some! Lol

That being said, I got off 2 days after surgery. Later the same day as the drain came out. I did so in a way that was very soothing and not terribly rough on my sore crotch.

The shower.

I was sore. I thought a warm shower would ease the soreness. I adjusted the water temp, and laid down in the shower to where the water was focused on the sore areas. One thing led to another. I did not use high pressure jets. A soothing warm spray was enough to bust a nut.

It certainly was less risky than any vigorous rubbing or jacking. The surgeon had me inflating and deflating by the 7th day. It was scary as hell because I was terrified I’d never find the deflate button amongst all that swelling.

I would definitely advise against doing anything rough. But a gentle shower stream of warm water at right spot? Worked for me.
