Perito Exercises

I had a AMS 700CX 24cm installed 8 weeks ago and I have read about the Perito exercises to increase length and girth. I am wondering if he is just talking about doing it with the Coloplast implant only.
When I try it with my AMS 700CX it hurts significantly. He says in his video to pump it up all the way, then bend it in all directions 90 degrees.
My implant when pumped up all the way is SOLID and it causes pain to bend it at all.
Does anyone do this with the AMS 700CX? Does this procedure work with a partially inflated implant as well? Is it effective to gain back some girth or length? I am mainly looking for added girth.
Thanks in advance...

Perito exercises will definitely work with both kinds of implants. The reason it hurts really bad for you? Cause you had major surgery to your dick 8 weeks ago!!! Give it time!!!!
I remember being there. I don't think I knew about Perito's exercises back then, but I was being quite aggressive with it. I went back to my post (
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18385&p=167713#p167713) and when I was 7 weeks out I wrote this:
December 22 (7.5"x5.2"): After bending and pulling and stretching my penis in every direction, it feels uncomfortable and very sore after. The next day? It's not sore anymore. And it's bigger.
Now that it's been over a year and everything is fully healed nothing feels like that anymore. No pain or discomfort or soreness.
Also, I must point out that you might just be an obsessive idiot like me who tries too hard, lol, but really, you don't need to be putting yourself in this much discomfort, especially so early on. Relax and let your dick heal!!! You've got over a year left to regain size. It's not a race. It doesn't need to be one.

KeithC,
Personally speaking, I wouldn't do the "Perito" exercise @ 100% inflated. Quite frequently I do the exercise @ 50%+- pumped. I've found that, to do so, does help get the cylinders get into their happy place. Then I proceed to inflate to the max, wait a bit and give the pump a few more squeezes.
Next, are you cycling twice a day? Every day? Mayo Clinic and my doctor both recommended to do that for the first year. I did and I have zero lost length and did increase girth.
Do follow you doctors instructions, ask a lot of questions, and happy pumping.

This I did not know. Will try this. Makes sense.

I agree with stmfttr. I do something similar when I cycle. I do pump to maybe 85-90% -- feels damn hard at that point but still bendable -- and then bend it up, down, sideways as per the Perito exercise, but I don't bend to 90 degrees. I'm not at that point yet. I got my implant on August 1, and I have never yet pumped to the absolute max. I've been giving it maybe 20-22 pumps, bending it some, and then pumping up to about 25 pumps. Yes, it does hurt some, but seems to feel better the more I do it. I have noticed an increase in girth, but nothing substantial lengthwise, at least not yet. I'm going to continue for a year though, as suggested.

My surgeon did Perito exercise on mine at about 6 months. Him cranking my dick lifted me right off the bed. Not sure I could apply that much force onto myself. I was not getting rock hard before . After I could pump to rock hard.
