I see comments like this time to time among implanted members: “It is meaningless to compare your implanted dick to your dick back in time you didnt have ED because you dont have a working dick now and an implanted dick is million times better than that”
Well, it is partly true, your natural, beautifully functioning dick most likely wont come back and implant is a good solution for you to try.
But actually it is irrelevant to compare your implanted dick to severely dysfunctioned just before implanted dick. Because if you reached a point to consider an implant, most likely pills and/or injections are not working properly or you cant use them for some reason and you cant have sex properly. So anything; even a lifeless, cold, numb dick would be better because it will allow you to have sex.
So, comparision of pre-ED dick and implanted dick might be partly irrelevant, as even if it is %25,%50 or even %100 worse than you pre-ED dick you dont have really so many options, but it is also partly relevant to compare as you might set your expectations better and have a higher level of satisfaction after surgery
