52 YO - venous leak, peyronies, blockage, and sxarring. had 12mmX18mm put in with an RTE.
Cycle for 1st time 1/19. From what I see a VED pump could help but as you would imagine I'm spooked with the length loss since we didn't have a great discussion on this beforehand. In fairness to the doc, I did have several issues for 12+ yrs.

Any advice to preserve/increase length/girth welcome. I also see a lot of posts referencing the glans as well...TIA!

I'm probably not much help but I just had a AMs 700CX 24cm implanted 11 weeks ago. I'm 66 years old and had been using injections for 11 years but got an implant due to scarring.

I went back at 6 weeks and he pumped me up. I was kind of disappointed with what I saw in his office. MY penis looked notably thinner than it was before. And the head was not expanded at all.

I've cycled it daily since even though it hurt like hell at first. Now the head does swell. The tips of the implant extend into the head pretty far now giving it a more natural look. When stimulated my head thankfully does engorge now too. My worries about floppy head syndrome thankfully were for nothing.

I would say I might have lost a little length but I didn't measure it before. It still looks a little thinner but either I am getting used to it or the cylinders are expanding some. I am hoping it will continue to expand.

I haven't really been able to fully test it since my partners daughter tragically died recently. That's put a big damper on anything sexual around here. Not sure when or if that's going to get better.

Best of luck.

Any reason you two chose the CX instead of the LGX?

In my case it was the doctors choice. I went along with it. Its my understanding the LGX comes in 21CM max.

My CX comes in 24 max and that's what I got.

I have read that if you have a larger penis that the LGX might not get as hard as some people would like. My CX gets hard as a rock.

I've only had this one implant so I have nothing to compare it to.

The first thing is to follow your doctor's instructions. Most importantly for avoiding infection. Infection will cause even more size loss in most all cases. You can ask your doctor about VED use post surgery. This is a bit new and I have only seen one paper with 47 hand picked men used. None of those had problems you listed. so follow your doctors advice for you and not another doctors advice for someone else. If your doctor gives you the ok then give it a try if not I would wait until fully healed and released to go against doctors orders and try other options. I used pump adding cycling after I was healed. I also had gains out past a year. I told myself I would not judge my outcome until one year post op. Give yourself time with this. No reason not to ask your doctor about VED use or pump adding cycling (adding more pumps every five minutes after max inflation). And no reason not to follow your doctors instructions. You picked the doctor for this and the time is past to choose a different doctor. Now is the time to heal. When you are activated your job will be to cycle pre your doctors instructions as closely as possible.

Best of luck going forward with this.

You could use a 21cm lgx with a 5 cm RTE for 26cm. I have a 5cm RTE that terminated right near my pubic bone. Solid as a rock.
