You used “we” in your post, I am assuming it is your wife or girlfriend, some guys in relationships forget about their partner, they have their insecurities about the implant procedure nearly as much as you do.

My wife has never been one who talks a lot about sex, sex loves doing it, but is uncomfortable with talking about it. When we went for our 6 week checkup with my surgeon’s PA, we had a 6 week restriction on having sex (Ugh), we went ahead and had sex the previous two days. My logic was, I had an uneventful recovery with no problems at all, it didn’t make sense to me to wait those last two days because if I had a problem having sex I would be able to discuss it with him. He was sort of shocked that we did that and said, “I didn’t clear you to have sex.” So I told him my reasoning, there wasn’t much he could say or do, but did say, “So, how did it go?” My reserved wife immediately blurted out, “It’s perfect, I can’t tell the difference.”

The bottom line is that we are both happy with the implant. Yes, I am sometimes reminded that I have an implant, but there isn’t any difference in performance. All normal functions of my dick are restored.

Why am I telling you this? It is apparent you have the normal apprehension of having a non-reversible operation on your dick, you are normal. All I can say to you is, if you need to have an implant, get the implant. Fucking and oral sex is 1,000% better with an implant, than having a limp dick.

if your into porn I can imagine that you have seen tons of implanted dicks already. until I found FT I didn't realize that it was this common . My doc which recently started accepting health insurance mentioned he is installing pest 150 or more a year. that alone blew me away. I assume most get it done a walk off into the sunset never saying a word.

Well, he does have an implant.
Perhaps you're watching a video from before his procedure. Or maybe he switched to a malleable implant as of lately. But definitely does have an implant. I suggest looking for other videos, many of them show a clear print from the pump.
I find his performance very informative for somebody looking into getting an implant. Definitely not a hindrance for his performance, quite the contrary I'd say.
