Hey guys, new day new question by me :D

So my urologist said twice a day for 10-15 min should easy be enough. Wondering what cycling routines you had, especially interested in those who lost length after surgery and regained it over time.

I can say after 2 days cycling there is already a huge difference for me and i feel super relieved because iam quite sure ill get close to my old length back. So yeah, please let me know your routines.

And as always thanks for every comment and support!

I used the protocol in my AMS 700 dvd. After I was fully healed 2-3 months I used long pump adding cycling. I would pump until I felt stretching and wait. Then as the stretching feeling reduced add more pumps. After about 5 minutes. If the stretching feeling turned to pain I would deflate and try again. I was doing this for twice a day up to one hour. I had gains out past one year. I did take breaks during the first year and a half. Usually when I stalled out and had no measurable gains. No need to measure every day or week. This is slow going and measuring every month or 2 is fine. I had size loss from ED. I am back within 1" of my healthy youthful size. Follow your doctors instructions and when you are released and fully healed (3 mounts or so) you can decide what to try.

Even if 10-15 minutes twice a day is enough, I see no reason why not to do it more. You should be able to find the time, cause getting your size back would be important for most all men. When I was two months out I asked my patient liaison at Boston Scientific this same question, what other cycling routines should I do, and she recommended VEDs, which is definitely a must-do!!!!
