AMS issues

I got implanted about 3Years ago. After 1 year one of the tubes fell out and located it self in my scrotum. Went back into surgery and got re implanted with same device that was in there. Just re installed the tube. The issue I have now is I get pain when I have intercourse because the tubing that originally was soft and pliable in my scrotum is now firm and almost hard. When my pelvis hits bottom when having sex it hits that part causing pain. If I palpate my srcotum the tubing is what I would describe as wrapped together. I’m going to make an appointment with another surgeon. Something is wrong. The thought of once again getting scoutmaster opened makes me crazy.

Did they replace the tube or the cylinder?
It is a good idea to see another surgeon. The tubes might be longer than what they are supposed to be.

When that happens they are supposed to do a repair to the cruz area. I think its called a sling repair. No repair equals a crappy job in my opinion.

This does not seem to be an AMS or device issue but rather a surgery issue. Could also be a problem with a week spot in the mans Tunica. Could be a cross over or other perforation. The sling repair dose not close the perforation. Rather a stirrup is made with suture thread to support the proximal tip of the cylinder. It helps but is not a perfect solution. At least mine is not.

Good luck going forward with this.
