I had ED problems for the past 10 years but I could get an erection sometimes. I then was diagnosed with prostate cancer and due to how large my prostate was surgery was my only option. The surgery went well and wow I was dry on week two. However I couldn’t get an erection. I tried the pills and trimix it didn’t work so after two years we (my wife and I ) went to Dr Natale found on this website

I had my implant two weeks ago and I was shocked how little pain I had
At the most it was 2.5 out of 10. I had read on a penile implant site on Facebook about a lot of pain afterwards and was expecting it however I was very surprised at how little I had.

It also felt good even being not being full inflated to have a penis I could put my hand on. Over two years is a long time

I would highly recommend Dr Natale to anyone in the NC area he is the bomb
