My week 6 journey.

Well just hit week 6 and like most before me. I’m staring at a 5 inch penis that used to be 7 and wondering what the heck. I read all the post and no matter what I read (it will come back etc..) like most I still was like but what the heck will o do until then. I took it for a test drive and although it was rock hard. It wasn’t as long or thick. I know I know. As others have said it will come back. But I’m still like what the heck am I going to do till then. If you’re used to working with 2 inches more. Having sex with less you fall out a lot more. So I did what most do. I began cycling 2-4 times a day for 1 hour. Didn’t see a change fast enough for my liking. I started the perito excercise I saw on YouTube. Now I must say the fact that each time I do it I’m able to add a few more pumps is super encouraging. I will say those excercises have given me the best results as so far. I haven’t measured but I have counted pumps. And each time I excercise I have been able to add 3-5 pumps. And trust me I make sure I’m 100 percent inflated before I do the excerices. If nothing else those that can’t wait to get back to size I recommend trying it. At least you will feel like your making some sort of progress.

I apologize in advance for making lightof your disomfiture, but your post reminded me of a cold-war-era joke.

What do you do in the case of fall-out?
Re-insert and shorten stroke.

For the moment, you have a shorter penis (from the historical you) which is right at the average length. That means there are PLENTY of men shorter than you. And they have sex. You may need to learn some new techniques and adopt some new positions that accommodate a 5" penis, just as you and your partner(s) gravitated toward positions that accommodated a 7" penis. (Some positions which were uncomfortable or painful for her at 7" might be quite satisfying at 5".) Do an internet search for "Sexual positions for shorter penises" and you will find plenty that are designed for 3" and 4" as well.

Take heart and practice, practice, practice. Trying out new positions and switching among them is now possible without losing your erection while making the switches. The possibilities boggle the mind.

Lol. No worries I’m not sensitive and appreciate a good joke. Well obviously I didn’t abort the mission but the main focus is getting the length back. And share the effectiveness of the perito excercise. I’m sure that there are those used to working with a 5 incher but I’m not one of them. I also can’t do my Thor the conqueror routine with less than 6.5. So I’ll stay at the penis gym until it comes back.

You’ve got Titan & I’ve got AMS. I’m not sure that makes any difference.

I started out close to 7 (17.3 cm, or 6.8 in). You have stated that you were 7”.

They put 23 cm of implant in me (18+5). They’ve put 23 cm of implant in you (22+1)

At 6 weeks I was keeping a brave face but I had about 5”. You are saying at 6 weeks you are sitting at…5”.

Are you seeing a pattern here?

I didn’t do any VED/Perito exercises or anything special. I just cycled frequently. I used it as often as I could. The hardness/stiffness was much improved for me and meant a lot more in the way of sensation than pre-implant. But all I did was cycle. And then cycle some more.

I’m 3 years in. Erection measures 6 3/4”. Technically that is .06” fown from my start point, but I figure it’s more the result of being measured in cm, then converting to inches, then measuring with a ruler in inches in the privacy of my bathroom. In other words, I’m right back where I started.

It happens so slowly and gradually that it is tough to notice. But in all the people I’ve talked to at this website since I started using it - I’ve never known anyone with 23 cm of implant to end up with a 5” dick. I doubt you end up there, either.
