For those that are implanted is feeling the tubing on the outside a common occurence for your partner? I mean when you are having sex can your partner feel the tubing rubbing on them and is it something they just get use to.

No. If done correctly the tubing will be buried in your scrotum and will not be visible or readily felt.

The only part of the implant that's distinctly visible and able to be felt is the pump. It's like a third testicle in my ball sack.

I also have a small lump in my lower abdomen where the reservoir is placed. But it's barely noticeable.

I agree with CatFan. My tubing is not visible or close to the surface. A partner would need to palpate deeply to ever feel tubes. The pump on the other hand can easily be detected if the partner likes to fondle the boys.

thanks for the replies...could care less about the extra piece in the sac. My significent other doesnt like things like cock rings etc because she says they just feel "off" to her and Im sure if she can feel tubing on the outside in the middle of sex she wouldnt like the feeling, Im sure she could get used to it I was just hoping she wouldnt have to

If your significant other enjoys sex, you’ll be all set. It’s like she’s getting a lifelike dildo that can go as long as she wants. My wife loves my implant and because of our ages she decided to lose some Wright so she can mount me on top. Her favorite position so for me it’s a win/win.

I have the same problem and it's kinked and if manipulated vigorously it with ache for a few days. My surgeon said she'll fix it but I'm really not up for another 6-8 week recovery and the chance of infection. The tubing exits the implant on the front on the left cylinder. Is that normal?

I also have precisely this same problem. I consulted another surgeon who said he will "fix" it. I still havent gone in for the surgery. Mine is very noticeable.

Yeah, mine surgeon said she'd fix it but not sure if I'd be happy with the result. I'm just starting to really enjoy this thing and I fear getting a revision and getting infected. I'm just going to live with it at least till next winter.

My tubes are easily felt and seen by anyone that gets near my penis…not remotely hidden
