I'm going on 4 years in march of having my implant and wounder how long does it take till you can leave it inflated without any pain? I thought by now i could leave it inflated all day without pain but NO only an hour or maybe 2 hrs. max and the pain gets bad.I was hoping to be able to have all day sex. Is there anyone here long term implant that can pump up and leave it or is that not how it works for an implant.I just was trying to see how long you can last.

Since you can inflate and deflate any time you want why does it need to be continuously hard all day and night?

Just curious.

I read keeping it inflated all of the time causes erosion. Maybe that's what your body is trying to tell you.

Just google a picture of an implant sticking out the head of some poor guys cock.

I'm 6 weeks in and do 2 hours cycling in the morning and an hour at night I read on here one guys record is over 4 days......

You need to train your dick perhaps. Extend time each day or week....im already comfortable pain free for at least 2 hours every morning... but we are all different

Doesn't it matter how pumped you are? There's pumped and then there's PUMPED!

At max I can go a couple of hours (7mo out from implant surgery)
At SuperMax, ie both thumbs pressing hard on pump, I can only go 10-20 min and sex is uncomfortable.

Do guys at some point get so they can pump really hard and not feel pain?

After I was fully healed, I started pump adding cycling. That is where I would add or force additional pumps after 5 minutes or so. When I do this and am truly at max inflation an hour or so is about it and I am a year longer post op than you. I have fallen asleep during cycling and the pain will wake me up past an hour. Now if I inflate to 90% or so I will be down a bit on size, but this can stay for a lot longer. To expand on this a bit with the pump adding inflations my glans get cold and it is very difficult to urinate. I need to deflate at least a little to finish urination and to warm my glans. Men are sent home after surgery at different levels of inflation and some for up to 8 weeks. Don't know how long or what level of inflation you were at after surgery.

Seems to me you can either take a break at times and deflate and then inflate again as was suggested or reduce the amount of inflation you use for sex. I would still use max inflation to cycle 3 or more times a week to see if you might still have some lost size you can restore. Most men who have a device replaced past 5 years from the first, receive a larger device. Another thing is I have a 21cm LGX and this publication. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5654325/ shows in table 1 that my device will expand in length to 24-24.9cm.

So you are not alone in this as it happens to me. No big deal or problem. We can work with it using the 2 ways listed above and maybe you can even find a third.

I mean MAX I go til it won't pump anymore and I can feel the 2 nodes towards my head.

Then keep it like that for 2hours each morning, I try to do the peritos exercises in-between every like 20 mins and try to get any extra pumps in if its possible

because they gave me such a very small implant i need to max out to be able to keep it in, and i want to be able to make a women cum i need to last at least 1 hour then to keep going for another orgasm and so on and so on so they may come back a second time.It is hard as hell to stay in when its this small.I was trying to find out if after a certain amount of time that you can pump it up and leave it that way for hours without any pain.Maybe it doesn't work that way. Maybe they are only for short time use and then you have to deflate.so you would not be able to go to a sex party that last all night and enjoy.I just wanted to know if the implant will become part of our body or just a tool to use.Just asking.

I pump to max and then try to bend after a while to see if I can pump even more and MAX it out and can leave for hours. Sex is not painful and it's isn't painful to cycle wither

I'm nearly 7 weeks post op BUT everyone heals differently and has a differant journey. No ones will be the same.

You could go to a sex party and last as long as you'd like even after you've orgasmed.

You could also deflate after an hour for example or even 2 or 3. Then just pump it back up again after a break etc. It's not limited to a 1 session use.

I have zero pain and do up 3 hours hard a day "cycling" everyone is differant though. Your recovery may take longer or you may be good to go sooner. The more you cycle the implant the less painful it becomes ( in my opinion)
