Just wonder if those who are happy with their implants can imagine getting them at the time when there dick still worked but was maybe less than you would have liked. Do you guys think having an implant is almost a "performance enhancement" more effective than viagra. injections, etc.

Also wondering if you think your sexual performance it's self is better with an IPP than your fully functioning dick in it's prime.

I also don't think most doctors would do that procedure on you unless you lied to them.

I would have chosen to have the implant the very second I started showing signs of ED.
I tried to get it before trying injections but had to go through the process. Wish I did it sooner but everyone's journey is differant.

Sorry your dick is "ruined". I agree that if I could have gotten this as soon as ED hit I would have gotten it then. I guess you could call it a performance enhancement. My performance has definitely been enhanced since getting the implant and will only improve.

If I would have gotten an implant at first sign of ED I would have yes, ruined my cock for no reason since I was 35-40.

I used pills then injections up until I turned 65. I had a fantastic sex life during the whole time. I could out perform most men easily.

As you should know an implant is the last stop, no turning back. I don’t regret waiting and exhausting all my options first.

KeithC did you get an unsatisfactory result from the IPP? How old are you? It seems there are a lot of people here who are happy with their implants. Also, top surgeons like clavell now say failure of the pills is enough to move to IPP.

Well the injections work for me but do I want to use those and risk scarring? I am thinking going with the titan will halt further size loss and maintain my girth possibly even improve it as some other members have stated.

If injections are working for you you should not be losing any length or girth. Getting an implant will shorten your cock.

I used injections for 11 years without severe scarring. It didn’t prevent me from getting an implant.

I could and did literally screw for hours using trimix.
