Cumming Question
All of a sudden it appears that I need to use my hand to cum as intercourse isn’t enough. Has anybody heard of this or experiencing this?

Re: Cumming Question
Any idea what can cause this?
Re: Cumming Question
Yes. I have this problem too. It's called "delayed" or "impaired" ejaculation.
I can't "cum" anymore because my entire prostate was destroyed w/radiation to kill the cancer that was found there back in 2010.
Can't ejaculate because you need the prostatic fluid to do it. No prostate, no fluid. Still "ooze" a bit after climax but it's not the same. Read that the unused sperm is expelled thru the bladder.
However, I could still "climax" (aka "orgasm") as though I was "cumming" w/a nomral erection for 10 years following the radiation treament but, as time passed it became more & more difficult to climax.
Sometimes I could and sometimes I couldn't and when I couldn't I used my hand and, even then, it requred "special stimulation" and a lot of time.
Just had to get the "feel" just right to "cum" but sometimes I just couldn't "cum" no matter what. Very frustrating. Not as bad as ED but still unsatisfying.
When I looked into it, old age is mentioned as one of the main reasons for the development of this problem but, in my case, the radiation treatment may have contributed to my ED and this problem as well.
The taking of certain medications can also cause this problem. Statins to control cholesterol (which I take) have been linked to ED and it's my speculatIon that they also may be related to my difficulty in climaxing.
Perito mentions this "problem" in two of his videos -- MTP16 and MTP 38.
He also mentions that some antidepessant & ADHD medications in combo w/testosterone supplementation MAY help "solve" this problem.
He doesn't mention which anti-depressant med to use but he does an mention an ADHD med called Adderall that might be helpful. Go to 2:30min into MTP38 to hear him say so.
In addition, here's a link to a general discussion of the "Symptoms & Causes" and "Diagnosis & Treatment" of the problem written by the Mayo Clinic: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con ... c-20371358
Haven't had any sex since over 3 months prior to my implant but I assume this problem will still exist after I begin having sex again in a week or so, when I expect to be cleared to do so.
Unfortunately, none of this research solved my problem but perhaps it will help someone else here.
Good luck!
