THANK YOU FRANKTALK !!!!!
I was implanted this morning at Kaiser in Fontana CA. I am already at home in my easy chair with ice and Norco for pain control.

Reading FT answered so many questions, Will be posting pictures ( if I can upload from my phone) and details in the very near future.

Proud to be a member of the Bionic Brotherhood !!!!!

Day 2

Well the pain got kind of bad last night. I slept a good six hours and woke up hurting but got it under control with ice and Percocet. Now I will set a reminder to take meds to stay ahead of pain at least for a day or two. Ice really helped quick till the pill kicked in.

Congrats on joining the bionic side. Sorry to hear the pain got bad last night. Definitely need to stay ahead of pain whatever it takes. Hope the remainder of your healing goes quickly and pain free.
Lots of good info here on FT isn't there?

Congratulations friend and best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery. The hardest part is both behind you (the anticipation and pre-game jitters) and in front of you. (literally). :D

I’m a month and 3 days postop. Just finished washing my car. Working again. Now….if i could just use the damned thing! (i have to wait 6 weeks).

Day 3
Getting some better relief from pain with ice and Norco's, 1 pill every 4 or more hours will switch to non narcotic tomorrow
Bruising is starting to lighten up, swelling is less also.
Had a great bowel movement that helped everything.
I think I reached a crossroad and the worst is now behind me.
Franktalk has helped me so much, I will give examples and pictures in the future.

Staying ahead of the pain with Norco led to constipation for me, which almost felt worse LOL. Good relief with a BM.
Hope the bad is behind you now. Before long it will be history.

Day 4
Everything is a little better today but will stay on Norco's one more day, then switch to Tylenol. Pump side is very tender, still using ice. Will take shower today and then back to easy chair, it also helps me take small walks around the house and do a easy breathing exercise (4-7-8 is the name of it)
Thank you Frank talk, will be researching if girth comes back, to early to trip on that stuff right now !!
