Should I move forward with getting the implant?

My last doppler's venous and arterial outflow was good despite the narrowing and I can get a useable erection (MAX DOSE PDE5) albeit less frequently. The problem is my erection is still not as firm as it was before my injury in November and I am not getting the NTE's every night I used to get despite taking either 100mg viagra or 20mg cialis before bed.

The worst part is i have lost a quarter to a half inch in girth at the area of the hourglassing and narrowing and I want it back I am considering urofill with Dr. Hakky or Perito to solve this issue. As Perito says the implant is the only thing that will stop further atrophy and I am terrified of further atrophy I have been using VED on the days where I do not wake up with a morning erection. I just wish my dick would be throbbing rock hard on 100mg viagra like it used to instead it is just barely firm enough for penetration and doesnt last long without stimulation.

No you shouldn't.

How many different ways will you ask the same question?

I understand your perspective keith. Per your posts it sounds like you choose a lower volume surgeon and ended up thinner than pre-op. I wouldn't be 100% satisfied with that result either.

In my opinion, having similas issues, i wouldn't wait too long. stick to your plan of giving your dick rest for like 2-3 months. If no improvement, i'd consider the implant.
Imo it's super dangerous to have sex with our issues (and with a subpar erection anyway). I wish i did the implant sooner, as i tried to have sex a few times and it made my issues a lot worse.

Take a few months and then reconsider.

Thanks Buddy. Yeah it's been 3 months. I had sex like 3 weeks ago with a random woman and it made things worse. To be honest I am scared to try again. I also tried Trimix afterwards to see if that gave me a full erection and it did but the narrowing was still there and the tunica underneath felt rubbery. Scared to try the injections again as well so I have been doing the PDE5's every day and the results are ok but less than satisfactory. I have an appointment with Hakky coming up that I am really excited about if not the implant perhaps he has another treatment option.

How are things going with you? are you going to make a trip out to the US for treatment? Dent4Ever filled me in on your case.

You have no idea how many surgeries my doctor does. You're just angry that that I call you out for posting over and over the same crap.

I got news for you none of the so called "famous" implant doctors talked about on this site are going to fix what's wrong with you.

I talked to Hakky too, can't go wrong with him. Amazing dude.

Things are not goin well to be honest, i should have done the implant back in december. My dick was in much better shape then. But i've decided to do it now and not wait any longer. Looking at May. Yeah i'll go to the US. I considered Ralph in London which sureley is great, but i just want the best guys in the world for this.

Keep us posted

You're right I do not know his surgical volume but it's logical to assume if he is less heard of than the "famous" implant doctors, as you put it, the reason is he does less surgery and thus is less reviewed. I will let Dr. Hakky decide if an IPP is an option or if I should try some of his other options like cell renewal therapy and girth enhancement. Perhaps those would be things that could help you too.

I will keep you posted. I hope you do the same. Curious as to what the approach is for patients that travel to get this done in as few visits as possible is. I have to travel as well but not nearly as far as you.

My question is why haven't you gotten one yet?

The condition of your dick can only get worse the longer you delay.

However, you need to a have realistic expectation about what the implant will do. It probably will not immediately fix the problems that you mention BUT it will give you a hard dick again. No doubt about that.

As for the hour glass, Perito says that he can do urofill on an implanted patient. Not sure if it can be done at the same time but that may also be an option.

The problem w/Perito is that he charges more and that he may not actually be the one doing your surgery because of all of the visiting firemen that he gets in his shop.

But if you want an implant and urofill, he's the one to at least contact 1st to discuss it.

So, get off your butt and get to it!!! ;)
